Due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
epidemic, we are waiving the normal $25 home pick-up fee
during this period for customers in the Corpus Christi area (see ZIP code list below). Requesting a home pickup and dropoff comes at no extra charge to you
and can help you to maintain social distancing
and avoid unecessary public exposure by coming to our shop. We are ready to help in this difficult time.
How Does Our Home Service Work?
- 1. Send us a Home Service request below.
- 2. Someone from our team will contact you before coming to your home to pick up your device for repair.
- 3. We will take initial parts down payment at that time using secure Intuit Quickbooks Payments. We will give you a device receipt.
- 4. We will then return your device to our shop where we will fully repair it. This could be done the same day or over several days, based on parts availability.
- 5. When complete, we will notify you and then return the device to you at your home.
- 6. At that time we will close out any remaining amount owed and provide you with a receipt.
